  • Red Bank Vice Mayor Has Felony Charges Dropped
  • court-newsFelony burglary charges against Red Bank Vice Mayor Monty Millard were dismissed today by General Sessions Court Judge Clarence Shattuck.

After a lengthy hearing, Shattuck noted that the Red Bank police officer who brought the felony charge wasn’t even in court to answer to questions about why the charge was issued.

In dismissing the charges, Shattuck noted that the case should have been handled in divorce court.

Millard was arrested July 15th after his estranged wife claims she say him inside her SUV while she was eating inside a Dayton Boulevard restaurant.
