  • Former CBC Waitress Called To Testify In DUI
  • A former waitress at the Chattanooga Billiards Club has been subpoenaed by the City of Chattanooga. Jessica Hunt must appear in Chancery Court on June 8th to tell what she knows about an employee at the bar drinking after hours.

Prosecutors claim that Jeremy Lane, a cook at the CBC, had been drinking after the business closed the morning of December 23rd.

They also claim that Lane struck and killed Susan Wood, who was walking across the street on her way to work later that morning.

Hunt was fired by the club after the incident … Lane is facing charges of Vehicular Homicide, DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.
