Scratching the surface of the local tattoo community
In days of yore I made a query, while I pondered weak and weary,
Over many a quaint and curious-looking tattoo store.
While I prodded, nearly yapping, quizzing Shane and then recapping,
As my mouth continued flapping, flapping on to know the score.
“‘Tis some famous visitor,” I muttered, “and I am here to know the score.
“Only this, but I need more.”
Ah, distinctly I remember last we talked in new September,
Shane said that he is a member of H2Ocean and he keeps it in the store.
Eagerly I wish the morrow, when his talent I can borrow
My last tattoo gave me no sorrow, no sorrow for the one before
For the rare and radiant work that Shane has given many before
I find it here, at Evermore…
