After gathering evidence, detectives arrested Richard Steven Bryson of the Cloudland Canyon community.

Bryson is currently in the Dade County Jail.

The car hit a garbage can and then ended up in a storm drain.

Johns was pulled from the vehicle and given CPR until EMS arrived.

However, he was pronounced dead at Erlanger.

A Chattanooga police department spokesperson says they were called in to back up the TBI, who uncovered the labs.

No arrests have been made public at this time.

For the last week, zoo keepers had noticed Maya having trouble balancing.

After testing its blood and giving it antibiotics, they eventually brought it to the UT Veterinary School for diagnosis.

Maya appears to have suffered a fungal infection.

Maya’s parents and new-born siblings all seem to be healthy, but zoo officials are keeping a close eye on their health.

The city council made the announcement Tuesday night.

According to Chattanooga Police investigators, Wallace Curtis had just picked up a load of 40,000 pounds of yarn and was turning onto North Access Road when he died of natural causes.

The truck went straight across the road into a grassy area and was stopped after running into a fence in front of McKamey.

Luckily, no other vehicles were involved in the accident.

Curtis’ body has been taken to the Medical Examiner’s office for a complete autopsy to determine the official cause of death.

Payne told co-workers at the City of Chattanooga that she had cancer, and often needed to call in sick for treatments.

Co-workers donated some of their days off to make sure Payne didn’t run out.

Payne also lied to local Cancer charities, receiving money and services under false pretenses.

In all, tens of thousands of dollars were involved.

Payne could face up to six years in prison when she’s sentenced May 17th.

Steven Hannah, his girlfriend Misty Wilson, and Brandie Brandon were taken into custody in Sevier County.

They face charges of robbery, kidnapping, assault and theft.

The victim, who was hospitalized after being tied up and beaten, said she knew at least one of the three.

The woman’s boyfriend was also tied up.

The trio, armed with guns, took several items from the residence.
