Fire Department Has Halloween Fun Activities

    Written by Gary Poole
    October 29, 2009 – 5:23 pm

chattanooga fireThe Chattanooga Fire Department and a local candy company are doing their part to provide a safe, enjoyable Halloween experience for area children.

This Saturday, the Department will open all 17 fire stations in Chattanooga from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. to give trick-or-treaters an up-close look inside a fire station.

While there, children can talk to the firefighters, look at the fire engines, and get some delicious candy donated by Farley’s and Sathers, while supplies last.

This event applies to the 17 fire stations located within the city limits of Chattanooga.
