Child Pornographer Faces Federal Sentencing

A Georgia man who pleaded guilty to charges that he delivered methamphetamine and a disc containing child pornography to undercover agents in Tennessee goes before a federal judge to be sentenced today in Chattanooga.

Gary Salles of Smyrna, Ga., made a deal with prosecutors last year.

He pleaded guilty to transporting child porn across state lines and to distributing meth.

Records show the 57-year-old free-lance photographer operated an Internet Web site, known as “bois 4 men”.

Court records show that before his arrest in Winchester, Salles asked undercover investigators if they were interested in sex with a young boy.

An agent’s affidavit says Salles and a co-defendant also delivered meth to undercover officers.
