    June 30, 2009 – 12:26 pm

Sex charges for a Hixson man. Terry Dewayne Daniels has been charges with statutory rape for having sex with a 14-year-old girl. The father of the girl caught her trying to sneak out of the house to see her boyfriend.

She has said that the two had sex five times since December.

After a review of her phone, several messages of a sexual nature were found.

Police also say they found that Daniels had sent the girl explicit pictures of himself.
