    Knoxville Police Arrest Suspect Wanted Locally

    police-arrestInvestigators with the Knoxville Police Department arrested April Oattes this morning after receiving information on her whereabouts from Fugitive investigators with the Chattanooga Police Department.  Oattes was arrested without incident and will be brought back to Chattanooga tomorrow by Hamilton County Fugitive Investigators to answer to several charges including an aggravated assault case stemming from a cutting incident that occurred several months ago on Southern Street.
