Lee Highway Accident Victim Passes Away

Chattanooga has recorded its 13 fatality of the year. 57-year-old Charles Craig, one of three people injured in a traffic accident at 7300 Lee Hwy on June 8, 2009, died this morning as a result of the injuries sustained in the accident.

One other victim, Estelle Jones, remains hospitalized in critical condition. Her husband, Paul Jones was treated and released within a few days of the accident.

Craig is believed to have suffered a medical emergency at the time of the accident.
