    Man Shot On Roanoke Avenue Friday Night

    Chattanooga Police responded to Erlanger Hospital in the early morning hours of Saturday on a person with a gunshot wound.  Upon arrival, officers discovered that the victim, Terry Marshall, age 39, had been shot at 1501 Roanoke Avenue and was driven to the hospital by private vehicle.

    Marshall was shot in the upper left chest but is expected to recover from his injuries.

    Major Crimes Investigators interviewed several people about the incident but were unable to speak to Marshall, who was in surgery.

    No arrests have been made in this case at this time, but the investigation is ongoing.
