traffic-accidentTwo people were taken to Erlanger Hospital, one of them by Life Force following an early Saturday morning crash at 600 Gadd Road. Michael Williams lost control of the vehicle that he was driving while negotiating a curve and hit a utility pole.

The pole impaled the vehicle, trapping Williams and his passenger, Amber Gressett.

Both had to be cut free of the vehicle. Gressett was transported to Erlanger Hospital via Life Force.

Both Williams and Gressett are listed in critical condition. Alcohol and speed are believed to be factors in the accident.

    Charges are pending further investigation.
