    Monty Millard’s Case Moved To Sessions Court

    court-news2Red Bank Vice Mayor Monty Millard will get his day in court, only not in Red Bank. Millard, who has been charged with burglary of an auto in a run-in with his estranged wife, has had his case moved to General Sessions Court.

    Red Bank Judge Johnny Houston recused himself from the case at the request of the district attorney’s office.

    Hamilton County court officials are looking to assign a general sessions court judge from Marion County to hear the case.
