    Written by Jeremy Lawrence
    July 15, 2009 – 1:14 pm

From the follow up file…The chiropractor that was shot last Friday at his office has been released from the hospital. Dr. Terry Loher has gone home and has been joined by his two daughters, who are now in his custody after his ex-wife allegedly shot him at his office.

Tina Loher remains at the county workhouse awaiting a Friday morning hearing on charges of attempted first degree murder and reckless endangerment.

The doctor is expected to fully recover and will be able to resume his practice.
