White Accepts Plea Deal, Pleads Guilty To Rape

    Written by Gary Poole
    October 30, 2009 – 4:20 pm

court-news2In the second day of his trial on Child Rape charges, Napolean White decided to accept a plea agreement.  The prosecution was finished with its case and the defense was ready to start when White’s attorney told the court his client would agree to the plea. White plead guilty on both counts of Child Rape.

He will be sentenced to 20 years in prison. He’ll also be placed on the Sex Offender Registry.

White was arrested in April of 2007. His trial was delayed last year in Hamilton County because his lawyer says they were waiting on DNA evidence.

The child took the stand Wednesday, telling the courtroom White had raped him.
