    Shooting Suspect Arrested Monday

    JIMMY YEARBYChattanooga Fugitive Investigators arrested Jimmy Yearby at his place of employment this morning.  Yearby was wanted for Aggravated Robbery and Aggravated Assault related to a robbery and shooting that occurred on October 30.

    The Robbery took place at 4903 Angela Drive this past weekend.

    The victim, Daryl Kendrick was getting into his vehicle when he was approached by an unknown black male who  was armed with a handgun.

    The suspect demanded money, then shot Kendrick in the leg as he took the money and fled the scene.

    After following up on several leads, Chattanooga Police were able to determine that Jimmy Yearby was the suspect and obtained warrants for his arrest.
