District Attorney Says Deep Blue A “Public Nuisance”

Hamilton County District Attorney Bill Cox considers the Club Deep Blue in Brainerd to be a public nuisance. He says so in a 70-page petition of abatement filed in court. The club is closed pending an August 3rd hearing before Judge Rebecca Stern.
