    Written by Jeremy Lawrence
    June 30, 2009 – 12:24 pm

police-arrestA witness to murder is now behind bars, himself. Earlier this month, murder charges against 17-year-old Prandel Reid were dropped. It seems a witness to the murder of Richard Ervin couldn’t be found.

It turns out that police were looking for the wrong man.

Police thought a man named Gary Johnson had witnessed the killing. The man’s name was actually Derrick Cunningham.

Cunningham has now been picked up on an unrelated warrant and will be compelled to testify in the Erwin murder.
