Police Arrest Concert Promoter On Drug Charges

pot-bust A local concert promoter is in hot water. That after a large amount of marijuana as well as two small children were found at his home. Gene Barry Wilson faces charged of possession and resisting arrest.

Police went to his home on Sylvan Drive Sunday to check on the well being of the 3 and 6 year olds when they smelled the very strong odor of burning marijuana.

No one came to the door and Wilson left out the back and eluded police until they wrestled him to the ground.

Both he and the kids smelled strongly of pot.

After getting a warrant to search the home, police found paraphernalia consistent with dealing drugs.
