Woman, 30, Arrested For Statutory Rape Of Teen Boy

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office was notified on March 10 of a possible sexual assault involving a fifteen year old male and an adult female.

A family member of the victim notified law enforcement, who in turn initiated a criminal investigation into the reported sexual assault.

During the course of the investigation, Detectives were able to confirm the complaint. It was found that the contact between the suspect, Heather Mastin Kimsey age 30 and the fifteen year old victim, started in February and escalated into a sexual relationship.

Heather Mastin Kimsey was arrested on March 12, and charged with Aggravated Statutory Rape. She was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
