    Weekly Poll Results: Exercise

    Written by Gary Poole
    April 30, 2009 – 4:55 am

exerciseQ: How often do you exercise?

     Daily – 30%
     Complete couch potato – 23%
     Every other day – 20%
     Twice a week – 12%
     Weekly – 7%
     Every other week – 4%
     Monthly – 3%

It’s always reassuring to hear of a poll that shows that all Americans are not sloth like couch potatoes like the future humans in “WALL-E”. In fact, nearly 70% of Pulse readers get off the couch and exercise at least once a week, half of you doing it at least every other day. Considering all the many benefits of exercise, this is a nice result.

As for the 23% of you that enjoy being a couch potato… well, we’re not going to preach. In fact, could you pass the chips and change the channel? Looks like the History channel has a special coming up on the Helvetica font that is supposed to riveting.
