    What Teens Are Thankful For

    1. That George Bush only has a couple of months left in office.

    2. Locks on doors when all the relatives come over.

    3. That the “Twilight” movie is out.

    4. Coffee.

    5. Hunting (because it’s cheaper than buying a turkey).

    6. For not being allowed to be armed when certain relatives come to visit for the holidays.

    7. Vicodin for when you get your wisdom teeth out.

    8. The ability to tune out relatives with your iPod.

    9. The bad economy so certain relatives can’t come visit and pinch your cheeks off.

The List wishes to thank Central High students Eric Bruno-Arimura and Brandi Kecskes for stepping up to the (dinner) plate and giving us a glimpse inside the modern teenage mind.

The List is especially appreciative of the holiday advice and plans to avoid its relatives by hiding out at the theater for the matinee showing of Twilight with a hot cup of coffee firmly in hand.
