Named one of “today's strongest emerging talents in literary fiction and poetry” by Anis Shivani from the Huffington Post, Sybil is the author of two books of fiction. Her linked collection, Talismans, traces one woman’s journey from Virginia to South Korea to Southeast Asia. Her debut novel The Life Plan has been called “a screwball comedy for the 21st century, a witty and winning romp through one woman's discovery that life, love, and liberty do not always go according to plan.” Her novel Into This World will be published by Engine Books in May 2012.
