Gold ($5,000) Includes two teams; name included on banner, CGLA website and in all printed material; hole signage. Team members will receive premium gift packages.

Silver ($2,500) Includes one team; name included on banner, CGLA website and in all printed material; hole signage. Team members will recieve premium gift packages.

Bronze ($1,200) Includes one team; name included on CGLA website and in all printed material; hole signage. Team members will receive premium gift packages.

Team Only ($800) - One (4) person team.

Hole ($200) - Signage on one hole
