The American Red Cross is hosting its annual 2012 Hometown Heroes Luncheon at the Chattanooga Convention Center. The event will feature guest speakers, Jeff Skiles, co-pilot of US Airways Flight 1549, and Dave Sanderson, passenger on Flight 1549. They will recall their personal accounts of the event best known as "Miracle on the Hudson." We will also be honoring 5 local heroes who have had an extrordinary imapct on the community. To submit a heroes nomination, please go to www.chattanoogaredcross/heroes. Deadline for submitting nominations is February 10, 2012. Tuesday, March 20, 2012 @ 11:30 AM.
